Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original condition, including all photo cards, posters, and inclusions that were part of the original set.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier to our warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify they are in mint condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
