Are the albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all products sold on K-Pop Time are 100% official and sourced directly from South Korea. Every album purchase counts toward the HANTEO and CIRCLE charts.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Express options are available at checkout and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Will my album include pre-order benefits?
Pre-order benefits (POBs) such as posters, extra photocards, or stickers are included as long as they are still in stock and the order is placed during the pre-order period.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video within 7 days of delivery. This is required by our partners in Korea to process a replacement or refund.
Do you ship posters rolled or folded?
By default, posters are shipped folded. However, you can select the 'Poster Tube' option at checkout to have your posters shipped rolled to prevent creases.
